SomaIQ Terms of Service
SomaIQ helps Oura users translate readiness, sleep, recovery, and activity signals into practical daily training and recovery guidance.

The SomaIQ Service
SomaIQ provides informational guidance that helps users interpret wearable, training, recovery, sleep, activity, and self-reported signals. Features, reports, integrations, recommendations, availability, and pricing may change as the product develops.
Not Medical Advice
SomaIQ provides health, fitness, training, and recovery information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
User Responsibility
Wearable measurements and SomaIQ interpretations are signals, not absolute conclusions. Users remain responsible for deciding whether any suggestion is appropriate for their health, condition, fitness level, experience, goals, and circumstances.
When To Stop
Do not follow a suggestion if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, unusual fatigue, or other concerning symptoms. Stop the activity and seek qualified professional attention when appropriate.
Connected Wearables
Users who connect Oura, WHOOP, or another supported wearable authorize SomaIQ to access the data scopes approved during the provider's connection or OAuth flow. Users may revoke access through the applicable wearable provider or contact SomaIQ for assistance.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to their accounts, and using SomaIQ lawfully. Users may not attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the service, misuse integrations, or use SomaIQ for unauthorized or harmful purposes.
No Guarantee
SomaIQ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of wearable data, uninterrupted availability, fitness results, performance improvement, injury prevention, or health outcomes.
Third-Party Services
SomaIQ may depend on wearable providers and other third-party services. Their availability, data, and functionality are governed by their own terms and may change independently of SomaIQ. SomaIQ is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Oura, WHOOP, or another wearable provider unless expressly stated.
Feedback
Users may provide feedback that SomaIQ can use to evaluate, improve, and develop the service without identifying the user publicly.
Privacy
Use of personal and wearable data is described in the SomaIQ Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as SomaIQ and its supported integrations evolve. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
